Andrea Lamb

Andrea has been a student of yoga since 1992 and is a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Andrea’s primary practice is the Ashtanga Yoga discipline as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois but she has also devoted her studies to the teaching of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. 

These disciplines invite breath, movement, and stillness, complementing each other in aligning the physical body while discovering one’s personal edge and serenity.
Andrea’s teaching technique emphasizes coordinating breath and movement to help students cultivate strength, stability and flexibility. Yoga practice with Andrea is about discovering your edge, physically, emotionally, and mentally, while honoring your body’s limitations. 

Andrea brings a mindful and gentle approach to sharing the practice with students, inviting awareness and focus to help students discover this powerful tool to use in their lives off the mat. 

She aims to convey yoga techniques and principles in a way that is empowering and supportive, allowing both beginning and experienced practitioners to develop a confident self practice.
